CELESTIN,Relieve Allergic Symptoms with Loratadine:
Celestin tablets are available in a blister pack of 10 tables
They belong to a group of medicines known as long acting, non sedating antihistamines
Composition:
 Each tablet contains: Loratadine USP 10mg  Mfg Specs USP
 Indications:
- Â Celestin is used to relieve the signs and symptoms of chronic urticaria and other allergic dermatological disorders
- It also indicates alleviation of symptoms related to allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, nasal discharge, itching, ocular itching, and burning.
 Contraindications:
- Â Do not use Celestin if you are sensitive or have idiosyncrasy to any of its components
- Â Avoid giving Celestin to children under two years of age
- Â This medicine is for your use only and should not be used by others
- Use Celestin tablets with caution during nursing as they excrete in breast milk.
- During pregnancy, only use Celestin if the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks to the fetus, as its safe use has not been established.
 Dosage and Administration:
 Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding when and how to use Celestin
 Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, take one tablet once daily
 Interactions:
 When taken with alcohol, Celestin tablets do not have potentiating effects on psychomotor performance
 Discontinue antihistamines around four days before skin testing procedures to avoid preventing or diminishing positive skin reactivity indicators
 Side Effects:
- Â Side effects with Celestin Tablets are rare During clinical studies, adverse effects with 10mg Celestin were comparable to those associated with placebo
- In these trials, loratadine did not exhibit clinically significant sedative or anticholinergic properties, and participants rarely reported fatigue, sedation, headache, or dry mouth.
- Â Nausea was also infrequently reported

- Â Do not use any medicine after the expiry date stated on the packaging
