Drug Interactions:

When used with alcohol, loratadine doesn’t potentiate its
effects, as confirmed by psychomotor performance studies

Adverse Reactions:

anticholinergic properties associated with loratadine Rarely reported effects,

•  Nursing mothers
  should consider the increased risk of antihistamines to infants They may need
