 Composition:

SPECTRAZOLE-G Cream contains three active ingredients per
gram: Betamethasone (dipropionate) BP 05mg (005% w/w), Clotrimazole BP 10mg (1%
w/w), and Gentamycin (Sulphate) BP 1mg (01% w/w) in a cream base

 Indications:

SPECTRAZOLE-G Cream is a versatile dermatological solution
designed to address a wide range of skin conditions, including:

 Allergic inflammatory
skin diseases,  Acute and chronic
eczema, Atopic dermatitis,  Seborrheic dermatitis,  Chronic simple lichen
planus,  Intertrigo,  Exfoliative
dermatitis,  Popular urticaria

Psoriasis, Pruritus vulvae, Pruritus, Dermatitis Solaris, Skin mycosis, Tinea versicolor Insect bites, Alopecia aerate, First-degree burns, Skin diseases caused by bacterial infections

Dosage:

Apply sparingly once or twice daily to the affected area
Evaluate the treatment response after 4 weeks before continuing further

 Contraindications:

Do not use SPECTRAZOLE-G Cream if you are hypersensitive to
any of its ingredients Avoid use on mucous areas, skin tuberculosis, herpes
simplex, herpes zoster, eczema vaccinate, syphilis, otitis externa with eardrum
tresis, and skin ulceration

 Precautions & Warnings:

•  Long term therapy,
  especially in children, should be avoided to prevent adrenal suppression when
  applied topically to large skin areas
•  When the skin is
  broken or under occlusive dressing, corticosteroids may be absorbed
  sufficiently to cause systemic side effects
•  Avoid contact with
  the eyes, as it may lead to glaucoma
•  Prolonged application
  to the face should be avoided
•  Use cautiously during
  pregnancy to prevent excessive use

 Side Effects:

Local atrophic changes may occur, such as thinning of the
skin, striate, dilatation of superficial blood vessels, pigmentation, and
hypertrichosis Prolonged use can lead to hypercoticism Exacerbation of symptoms
is a rare occurrence

light, and out of the reach of children
